It has taken me years of listening to begin to properly appreciate this album. It is the hardest listen out of any quality extreme metal I have heard, but I am confident now that this is the best extreme metal album I have ever heard. The vision and scope is unlike any other. Camelus Dromedarius
What a monster of an album - the dense, vicious nature tears your chest open and devours your insides. Sick fuckin’ riffs - always a big fan of this one since release. MetalJazzDnB
Scorching black metal from Houston, featuring members of Night Cobra, Oceans of Slumber, Venomous Maximus, and more. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 7, 2023
I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement.
